Terms & Conditions for Price Plan Packages

  • Clients having treatment for the first time will be required to pay for the first treatment (including discount) in advance.  The Standing Order will then be set up for the following month

  • Complimentary treatments cannot be carried over to the next year, nor can they be gifted to another individual.

  • If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the treatment is unfortunately forfeited.

  • Written notice must be given at least one month ahead of stopping your plan with Hilton Skin & Body Clinics..

  • Should you wish to leave the Plan between treatments, any outstanding monies must be paid in full.

  • Platinum Club payments cannot be transferred to other treatments.
