What Is Profhilo

Prohilo is a revolutionary injectable hyaluronic and moisturising treatment, which has prolonged stimulating activity on the dermal cells to counteract skin laxity improve and restore firmness of the skin. How Does It Work?

Ultra-pure hyaluronic acid is precisely injected into the area being treated and unlike wrinkle reducing and dermal filler treatments, Profhilo stimulates collagen and elastin, attracting water in the deeper layers of the skin, resulting in significant tissue improvement.

Is There Any Downtime?

There may be mild injection-related reactions such as bleeding, bruising or swelling which usually resolves within a few hours to a few days after treatment but you can usually resume your normal daily activities immediately.  You may be advised to avoid strenuous exercise, intense sun exposure and alcohol for a few days after treatmetnt.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

Profhilo is administered in two seperate appointments spaced 4 weeks apart.

When Will I See Results?

​You may notice improvements after the first few days after your first treatment.  A few weeks after the first treatment you may  notice an improvement in texture and tone of the skin.  Significant improvements in hydration, texture and tone four to six weeks after the second treatment with full resutls becoming apparant around two months after the second treament.  Results can last up to nine months.
