Anti-Ageing Bespoke Package

As the years pass by, wrinkles, fine lines and furrows can appear on the surface of the skin. The skin may sag or droop, age spots might appear and skin colour and texture might become rough and uneven. Ageing is a natural process that we can’t avoid, but you can turn back the clock with a variety of anti-ageing treatments from Hilton Skin Clinics. Together we can mix and match and pick and choose treatments to create your very own bespoke anti-ageing package. You can hold back the ageing process, stimulate cell repair and collagen production, giving skin a firmer, plumper appearance. Fine lines and wrinkles can vanish and tell-tale ageing signs like age spots and uneven skin tone can disappear.

We offer a huge range of non-surgical anti-ageing treatments that we can formulate into an individual treatment programme for you, including:

  • Antiwrinkle injections – treatments include Botox, which works to treat wrinkles and sagging skin by blocking the signals from the muscles to the nerves, preventing the muscle from contracting. Because the muscle cannot contract, lines and wrinkles are softened. Anti-wrinkle injections can treat frown lines and furrows, crow’s feet, lines around the mouth, lines between the mouth and nose and much, much more.
  • Dermal fillers – treatments include Juvéderm, Belotero, Teosyal, Radiesse and Sculptra as well as others, which work to plump lines and wrinkles and to gently lift slightly drooping or sagging skin by mimicking the action of hyaluronic acid within the body, plumping and smoothing lines and wrinkles and re-contouring the face.
  • Laser skin tightening – using the Alma Laser NIR, treatment heats the dermis using targeted near-infrared light, stimulating the production of a healthy layer of collagen without damaging the top layer of skin, leaving skin tighter, smoother and brighter with no visible signs of damage.
  • Laser skin resurfacing – using the iPixel and Erbium-YAG lasers, the treatment uses precisely targeted energy to laser away the very top layers of skin, stimulating cell repair and regeneration, giving skin a smoother, plumper and firmer appearance as new skin cells form.
  • Skin rejuvenation – using IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), the treatment uses precisely targeted wavelengths of light that are absorbed by the skin that differs in colour to the surrounding tissues, causing cell damage. This cell damage stimulates cell repair, eliminating injured skin cells, leaving skin brighter, smoother and more even in colour, tone and texture.
  • Electronic Dermaroller – using a process called micro-medical needling, the Electronic Dermaroller is used to create tiny needle columns in the surface of the skin. These needle columns create very minor damage, but enough to stimulate the process of cell repair and regeneration, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles and giving skin a more even tone and texture.
  • Pigmentation/age spot removal – using IPL (intense pulsed light), the treatment uses targeted wavelengths of light that are absorbed by the melanin in the pigmented areas of skin, stimulating cell repair. Skin from the treated area will start to flake off, leaving skin brighter and smoother with a more even colour.
  • Thread vein/redness removal – treatments include IPL and advanced electrolysis. IPL works to treat thread veins and redness by damaging thread veins, coagulating blood and destroying blood vessels. The body then absorbs the blood vessels, reducing and minimising redness. Advanced electrolysis works in a similar way, destroying blood vessels by cauterising them. Over time, they are absorbed by the body.
  • Non-surgical face lift – using the Alma Clear Lift (often called the “Lunch Time Face Lift”), two forms of light therapy are combined, whereby the laser penetrates the epidermis, heating cells deep within the skin. This prompts cell repair, stimulating collagen production, leaving skin smother, tighter, brighter and more youthful in less than an hour with no outward signs of injury.
  • Laser 360 package – using three targeted laser technologies, IPL to give skin a more even colour and tone, laser skin tightening to stimulate the production of collagen, firming and plumping skin and laser skin resurfacing to stimulate collagen production and cell repair, improving skin texture and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. The laser 360 programme takes place over a period of 60 days, leaving skin smoother, firmer and more youthful.
  • HydraFacial – The HydraFacial treatment for congested skin uses advanced, patented technology to deeply cleanse and exfoliate the skin, removing all dead skin cells. Next, a serum specific to acne and congestion delivers nutrients packed with anti-inflammatories, including salicylic acid and honey extract.
  • Sclerotherapy – used to treat thread veins in the legs and performed by our advanced nurse practitioner. During treatment, a sclerosing agent is injected into the thread veins which irritates them and this, along with the compression garments used after treatment, induces vein collapse. Over time, the body absorbs the veins, leaving skin blemish-free.
  • Skin peels – available in a range of strengths, with a choice for every skin type and skin condition, our skin peels can leave skin firmer, smoother and plumper, restoring even tone and texture.

You can pick and choose from our treatments to design a bespoke anti-ageing package that works for you. Our practitioners will analyse your skin and give you all of the advice you need to help to create the perfect package for you, giving you the skin you’ve always dreamed of. Laser 360 Anti-Ageing

Ageing Skin

Ageing skin is characterised by a number of skin issues, including increased laxity, fine lines and wrinkles, discolouration and a rough texture.

  • Increased laxity is the medical term for skin that is sagging or drooping. As we age, collagen production slows, which means that skin starts to lose volume. This loss of volume means that skin can sag in a downwards direction and droop, which can cause jowls, drooping eyelids and sagging eyebags.
  • Fine lines and wrinkles are one of the most obvious signs of ageing. They’re caused by a combination of factors, including decreased collagen and elastin. Skin starts to thin as we get older, and this, combined with skin laxity, means that skin is no longer firm and smooth and fine lines and wrinkles start to appear.
  • Discolouration, also referred to as age spots or sun spots, often appears on skin as we get older. It tends to be caused by sun exposure, but everyday life can also leave skin ruddy and red, with reddish or blue thread veins.
  • Rough skin is another tell-tale sign of ageing. Skin might appear rough or hardened, no matter how much moisturiser you apply.

How Laser360 Works

Laser360iQ works to counteract these tell-tale signs of ageing by combining four cutting edge laser technologies.

  • NIR (near-infrared) heats the dermis, targeting the lipids (fatty tissues) and connective tissues. It causes micro-damage, which induces cell repair, leaving skin smoother, brighter and more youthful.
  • AFT (advanced IPL) uses highly targeted, precise pulses of light to treat discolouration, redness and thread veins. The pulses of light are absorbed by the pigmented or discoloured skin, causing damage. Over time, discolouration is reduced and thread veins are minimised.
  • PixelQSW is a non-ablative form of laser skin resurfacing, which causes very minor cell damage, prompting accelerated cell repair, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles and improving the appearance of photo-damaged skin.
  • Pixel Er:YAG uses precision laser technology to create thousands of microscopic perforations on the surface of skin, helping to stimulate collagen production and cell repair, toning, firming and smoothing ageing skin.

During Treatment

Laser360iQ is a safe, non-invasive treatment that has been used on thousands of patients across the world. Each treatment time will differ according to which laser technology is being used: some will take a few minutes, some will take longer. Treatment is relatively painless and patients can return to their normal activities once treatment is over, although some treatments will require a little bit of down time. Because Laser360iQ combines four of the most advanced treatments in the industry, skin becomes clearer, firmer, smoother and more youthful-looking, giving you the results you want without having to take a lengthy downtime. Results are long-lasting, if you follow our aftercare advice about protecting your skin from environmental damage, although you may want to return to Hilton Skin Clinics for top-up treatments every now and then if you feel it is needed to refresh your skin.

Non-Surgical Facelift

Here at Hilton Skin Clinics, we offer the Alma Lasers ClearLift 4D device, often dubbed the “Lunch Time Face Lift”. Patients can come into the clinic for a full laser neck and facelift treatment.

What is the ClearLift 4D?

The Alma ClearLift 4D offers the first fractional non-ablative Q-switched Nd: YAG laser with a wavelength or frequency of 1064nm. We can also use something called a KTP adaptor on this laser and this doubles the frequency to 532nm. As well as that, it has a double rod for the laser, rather than just one, so it is able to maximise on the production of the laser energy which means we can produce efficient and effective treatments.

This laser is part of our new Alma Harmony Pro XL platform and is one of our most versatile devices within the platform as it provides us with a laser which we can use to treat three separate skin problems or indications. This technology means that we can use the power and benefits available from a device typically also used to treat pigmentations problems and for tattoo removal, to treat ageing which causes imperfections in the skin such as fines lines and wrinkles, sun damage (also called photodamage), as well as things like uneven skin tone, texture and minor laxity or skin sagging. With this, we can treat the face, neck and décolletage or female upper chest area, which is a common area for showing the tell-tale signs of ageing.

Many lasers treatments use heat, generated within the upper skin layers to stimulate the production of new collagen. The ClearLift 4D, via the specially designed fractional Q-switched laser, has a deep mechanical effect, using what are called photoacoustic shockwaves, and focuses its energy beneath the epidermis of the skin, to create a much deeper, and controlled wound in the dermis, in the form of small microscopic holes spaced evenly apart, so the epidermis, top layer of the skin, is left undamaged. The body then starts the healing process to make new collagen and with that there is a contraction or tightening in the tissues, thus giving the lift.

Because healing occurs underneath the outer layer of skin, the process is very gentle, considered to be virtually painless with no downtime, and suitable for use on areas of skin that might be too sensitive for other types of treatment, as well as safe for all skin colours (types I-VI).

What Can It Treat?

Most people are suitable candidates for ClearLift 4D. It is suitable for all skin types and most ages, with moderate signs of sun damage and ageing. The ClearLift 4D can treat fine lines and wrinkles on the forehead, between the mouth and nose, the delicate areas around the eyelids, the neck, around the mouth, the décolletage and even the backs of the hands. Unlike other laser treatments, the ClearLift 4D is suitable for use on all skin types and is the perfect way to achieve an overall tightened and rejuvenated appearance without the need for surgery or any downtime.

Pigmentation/Age Spots

There are a range of treatment options available for pigmentation and age spots, including a number of topical creams, but here at Hilton Skin Clinics we use IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment to lighten blemishes and in many cases, to eliminate them completely. Before treatment, skin will be cleansed and a cooling gel applied to minimise discomfort. The practitioner will then pass the hand-piece of the IPL device over the surface of skin, delivering targeted pulses of light to the pigmented areas. The melanin in the pigmented areas of skin absorbs the light, stimulating cell renewal from deep within the skin. The heat from the light destroys the pigmented cells on the outer epidermis, and in most cases, skin from the treated area will flake off within 14 days, yielding lighter, brighter skin underneath. The IPL treatment also helps to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, improving the overall appearance of skin and helping to counteract future damage. Following treatment, the cooling gel will be removed, the skin cleaned and a moisturiser applied. You may feel a little flushed immediately after treatment and have redness and a warm sensation to your skin for a little while, but this will only be temporary.

When Will I See Results?

Skin cells start to renew fairly quickly following an IPL treatment and you will usually see results within a few weeks, but generally, the most noticeable results will be seen after a month. Some people will see a noticeable change in the appearance of their pigmentation after just one session, although 2-4 treatments might be necessary in order to reduce the pigmentation completely, depending on its severity. However, with each treatment, pigmentation should fade.

Contact Hilton Skin Clinics today for more information about IPL for pigmentation and to learn if you’re a suitable candidate for treatment.

Amazing service by everyone , Dr Semira is excellent ..

Great experience. Very friendly . My hydrafacial feels amazing and looks good .

The clinic really give you good advice in how to look after your skin and didn’t seem too pushy when selling what I needed. I ended having the EDS Dermaroller for my face and neck. I was so worried it would be so painful but surprisingly it's not that bad at all but I did have some anaesthetic cream applied before hand.

The staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. When I arrived everything was explained to me and it was better than I had originally expected. I can’t wait for the next session of microdermabrasion!! I would now recommend them to my friends too.

The clinic is always spotless and has a warm inviting atmosphere. Staff members are extremely knowledgeable about all of their treatments, and they even took the time to speak to me over the phone relating to questions about my treatment before I even booked a consultation. 5 star clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.
