This award is given to those clinics who can demonstrate great customer service and is based on the WhatClinic ServiceScore™, which is a rating generated from a combination of customer feedback on Hilton Skin Clinics, client review scores and contact data gathered by WhatClinic over the last year.
In 2017, over 15 million people visited WhatClinic.com which is a comparison website to help the public to find and compare clinics across the UK. This award means that we have been ranked within the top 5% of other cosmetic treatment providers and clinics for our reviews and customer experiences.
This is not the first time that we have won a WhatClinic award for customer service, having also been winners in 2015 and 2016, so we are thrilled to be able to keep up the same level of customer service experience that our clients have come to expect from our team. Customer service is very important to the team at Hilton Skin Clinics and we strive EVERY DAY to provide GREAT customer service to everyone who visits our clinic for treatment.
