Please be assured that we are taking all the necessary precautions to run the clinic safely for the foreseeable future. We have put in place evert safety measures for the benefit of Customers and Staff Members. Contact will be limited and customers will be escorted around the clinic.
We ask everyone visiting the clinic to adhere to our rules. If you are coming for an appointment, we will send out the relevant forms before your treatment which can be filled out online.
If you, or someone in your household has any symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19 please contact us as soon as possible on 01189 464 33.
A COVID Screening form will be filled in at your visit and a practitioner will take your temperature. If your temperature is too high, you may be denied treatment and referred to a GP.
Will I need to wear a mask to my appointment?
Yes, all clients must arrive to the clinic with a Face Mask on and keep it on for the duration of the treatment.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
No, Unfortunately we are only allowing 1 person to enter at at time so please arrive alone unless you have spoken with the clinic prior to your visit.
Will my Practitioner be wearing PPE?
Yes. Practitioners will be wearing Face Masks, Visors and Gloves
Can I pay with cash?
Yes. we are taking cash payments but we encourage where possible to pay with Contactless / Apple Pay or Card.
Can I come to the clinic if I or someone I live with has been tested positive for COVID - 19 or had symptoms?
If you have had symptoms of Coronavirus, Please wait at least 1 week before coming to the clinic. If someone you live with has tested positive or had symptoms of Coronavirus, Please wait at least 2 weeks before coming to the clinic.
Does the 48 hour cancellation policy still apply?
